I read this book. It's enjoyable to read and the author explained the system mindset with examples from his experience as a call center owner. I can connect with the author. I have a mental to-do list and I select the tasks to focus on according to importance and urgency, then I solve problems in a step by step manner. I will be reading the book again so I can implement more ideas from it. I recommend it.
